We are proud of our approach and working style; direct and open. We enjoy the hard knocks sometimes associated with finding and delivering the benefits from infrastructure transformation.

• Supported a global end-user computing outsourcing programme providing the lead SME (Subject Matter Expert) to challenge requirements, test supplier responses and develop a benefit rich solution
• Led a 3000 site network transformation and managed service outsource for a large UK retailer providing the commercial leadership to get contracts agreed and the transfer and transformation leadership for the joint supplier/customer programme
