Our services are charged by day at realistic rates that reflect our needs and allows us to be used flexibly by our customers.
Our engagement model is simple. We are happy to work with customers for regular occasional days through a project’s lifecycle or the annual business cycle of strategy and budget planning and review. We are equally happy to work on short or long term projects delivering assessment, sourcing or transformation services. Where real value can be realised by both parties we are happy to look at risk and reward payment mechanisms.
We simply expect to get paid an honest rate for our time and expertise and to add that value and more to our customers.
