We use our expertise and knowledge of both customer infrastructure costs and the drivers for cost change and our insight into supplier solution usage and transformation staging to develop business case content and validate existing information.
We believe it is important for both customer and supplier to be clear about the risks and opportunities within transformation business cases. Where appropriate we support the development of business cases into staged delivery and payment models that hold both customers and suppliers to deliver targeted benefits.

UnityBridge carries out independent assessments of customers’ current infrastructure, business demands and market opportunities. We carry out these assessments through structured interviews and data gathering from the customer and their service providers and partners.
We supplement this with our market knowledge and where appropriate provide additional research into market areas of particular concern or demand. Our role is to support the technology change process to deliver business benefit.
We typically report back our findings in terms of strategic threats (hotspots of concern) faced by a customer and strategic opportunities (ready for change) available to a customer. This approach enables quick movement towards transformation planning and budget prioritisation.
